Who we are

Karan Veer (“we”) runs Sleep Skills for Adults. For privacy questions or a grievance under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, email sleepskills4adults@kvlaborg.com.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email, through Firebase Authentication when you sign in.

Sleep check-in data you choose to enter: things like bedtime, caffeine, how the night felt. You type this. We do not pull it from a wearable unless you later choose a connection we have clearly described.

Payment details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card numbers. We may store a Razorpay reference, plan, and whether a payment succeeded, so we can keep your access in order.

Basic analytics: which pages are used, in a coarse way, through Microsoft Clarity and Sentry. This is to see whether a tool is working, not to build an advertising profile.

Free tools

The free tools on this site do not need an account. Your answers stay in the browser and, if you copy a result link, in the page URL. We do not store those answers on our servers.

How we use sleep check-in data

Sleep check-in data is treated as sensitive. We use it only to provide the tools to you — for example to sketch a plan for tonight or to show you what changed in your own logs.

We never sell it. We never use it for advertising. We do not use it to train public models.

Service providers

Google Firebase: hosting, sign-in, and the database that stores your account and check-ins.

Razorpay: payments and subscriptions.

Microsoft Clarity: basic analytics, with typed check-in fields masked.

Sentry: client error reports, with personal details stripped.

These providers process data for us so the service can run. They are not given your check-ins to use for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. From your account page you can use “Delete my account and data”, which removes your account and the check-ins stored with it.

To use these rights, or to raise a grievance, email sleepskills4adults@kvlaborg.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

How long we keep data

We keep account and check-in data while your account is open, so the tools have something to work with.

If you delete your account, we delete that data from our live systems. Backups may take a short time to drop it. We may keep a minimal payment record where tax or accounting law requires it, without your check-in notes.

If a subscription ends and you do not delete your account, we still keep your history so you can export it or come back. We do not delete saved data just because access expired.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses cookies or local storage where the product needs them: staying signed in, remembering a free-tool answer on your device, and basic analytics.

You can clear these in your browser. If you clear them, a free-tool result link you had copied may still contain the answers you put in the URL.

Children

This service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change is significant, we will also email the address on your account when we can.
